# BriefGPU — crypto payment checklist

This checklist contains no transfer address or amount. Use only the information from your own order. It does not create an order and does not replace the active request.

## Before creating the order

- Review the GPU, the number of units, the number of cards, the 3/7/30-day duration and the total in USD.
- Create your account with first name, last name, email and password, or sign in to an existing account. No identity document is requested in this flow.
- Keep your password. Email-based reset is not available.

## Before any transfer

- Open your order and choose the asset AND the network. USDT on Ethereum and USDT on TRON are two different choices.
- Read the exact crypto amount, the destination, the rate date and the expiry of this request.
- Check in your sending tool that the network and the amount received match the request. The fees of that tool are separate from the BriefGPU total.
- Do not use an address or amount taken from an illustration, a previous request or another order.
- If the request has expired or is old, do not make a new transfer from it. Follow the status of the case and, when the interface allows it, prepare a new request.

## After a transfer has already been made

- Select the request that actually matches the transfer if several requests appear in the history.
- Click "I've paid" to record the report. No transaction hash is required by this button.
- Read "Payment reported. Verification pending." This report is not a payment confirmation, a credit or a release of GPU access.
- Let automatic tracking check the server status. Only the confirmation received from the server validates the payment; no manual refresh is required to discover this change.
- For a confirmed top-up, the order and the displayed balance update; the report click never credits the balance.
- Check payment status and provisioning status separately. "Payment received" alone does not mean "Access provided."

## Describing a problem

Keep in your own notes the order reference, the asset, the network, the request concerned, the time of any transfer and the step that is blocking. Open support from your account. Never attach a password, private key or recovery phrase.

If a transfer has already taken place and its status remains uncertain, describe this situation before considering another transfer. This checklist does not guarantee any network confirmation or provisioning timeframe.

## Scope and license

This version follows the statuses sent by the server. Detection and confirmation of real payments still need to be connected by the developer; automatic tracking does not prove that a provider is already connected. This checklist is not a wallet or third-party platform procedure. The terms of those services remain to be verified in their documentation.
