This offer includes one NVIDIA H100 PCIe with 80 GB HBM2e per bundle. It is different from the H100 SXM also offered by BriefGPU. If you compare these two options, keep the same task, the same files, and the same settings: the name H100 alone isn't enough to describe a configuration.
A more precise goal than "trying an H100"
Define what you want to improve: finishing a planned batch, making an assistant usable, or running a process you've already validated. Also set the acceptable quality level. The test should let you decide whether this card is worth its cost for your project, even when your project already runs on an 80 GB A100.
80 GB: a capacity to test against the full case
The PCIe variant of this listing keeps 80 GB per GPU. So it does not offer more memory than the A100 SXM or H100 SXM in the catalog. Try the long inputs or large batches you actually plan to process. The same capacity does not eliminate an out-of-memory error caused by the same settings.
Check the software path before the heavy compute
The H100 belongs to the Hopper generation. Install your application and its dependencies in compatible versions, then run a short job. Verify that the compute uses the intended GPU and that the outputs are correct. Keep the useful error messages; they help distinguish an installation problem from a project that is simply too large.
Compare PCIe, SXM and the next tier
The H100 PCIe costs less than the H100 SXM in these offerings. A relevant comparison is about the work completed with your tools, not a promise of automatic gain. The A100 is another 80 GB option at a lower budget. If capacity remains your bottleneck, the 141 GB H200 answers a different question.
