The information attached to the order
The order keeps your contact details, the GPU model, the duration, the number of lots, the chosen setup, and the order total. It also includes the payment requests, their network, amount, due date, and status. When you click "I've paid," the date of the report is recorded with the relevant request.
A support request keeps the subject and message you entered. This information is used to track your order. The order process does not ask you to send your work files: describe a technical need with enough information, without adding secrets or confidential documents to the support request.
The account that lets you find your orders
Your account is protected by an email and a password. After you log in, a cookie keeps the session for a maximum of 30 days from its creation. It is marked HttpOnly: code running in the page cannot read its value. The session grants access to your account's orders, balance, and support requests.
The email is used to log in with your password; entering it does not verify that you own it, and no verification email is sent. You can find your orders from another browser by logging in. Clearing the cookie, letting the session expire, or logging out requires a new login, without deleting the account or its orders. No password reset by email is available. The cookie's duration does not determine that of the order documents.
The scope of self-service
No inspection concerns the contents of your work. It does not mean the service runs without order data or without the technical information needed for tracking. Likewise, paying without KYC is not a promise of absolute anonymity: transactions on blockchain networks can be public, and your wallet applies its own rules.
You remain responsible for access to your tools, the permissions for your data, and the copies you keep. For a question about the information in your order, use support and provide its reference, without sending any secret credentials.
