Identifying your order
Each order has its own reference. Use it to find the case, match your documents, and clarify a support request. The first name, last name, and email entered identify the order's contact. Entering them is not an identity verification procedure. Accessing the case requires logging in with the account's email and password; an order's contact details alone do not give access to another account.
Reading the available documents
The downloadable summary describes the order's items and its status at the time of issue. It is a tracking document, not an invoice. The payment history shows the requests associated with the case; a report made with "I have paid" indicates a customer statement, not a validation of the settlement.
To organize your records, keep the order reference, the summary, and your own wallet information together. A question about a document can be raised in the support space by citing the case concerned.
Review the rules relevant to your journey
The order terms explain the configuration, payment, and progress of the setup. The privacy page describes the contact details, account, login sessions, and the policy of not inspecting compute contents. The guides help you prepare your work; the software, models, and data you use remain subject to their own licenses and permissions.
